You may use armsAI to create projects, upload documentation, and receive AI-generated risk assessments. You are responsible for all content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using either an email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data as needed to provide our services.

4. Data Deletion

You may delete your projects and associated assessments at any time through your account. You may also request full account and data deletion by contacting us at hello@armsai.net.

5. Payment

Some services may require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use armsAI to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Site (excluding user content) is owned by armsAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

armsAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the AI-generated assessments or any other content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, armsAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or if your use poses a risk to us or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
